I am a British environmentalist and illustrator/writer based in Brussels, Belgium. I graduated with distinction from Cambridge School of Art’s MA in Children’s Book Illustration in 2018.
During my Master’s I discovered a love for digital illustration using block shapes and bold colours, overlaid to produce a screenprint-like effect. My work is usually about showing empathy, whether that’s for yourself, others or the world around you!
I have had couple of books published: The Music Man’s Songbook and Somewhere Out There Right Now. I was shortlisted for the Observer Short Story Graphic Prize in 2018 and won the Eyrie Press short story competition in 2016.
I have worked in the environmental sector since 2011, in the UK, New Zealand and now in Belgium.
